    Fiber mend use since February, 2019.

    Over a year ago it was recommended by my health care provider at Born Clinic that I try Fiber Mend to get a balance in my glycemic index as well as to put more fiber into my system. I thought I already had enough fiber with what what my eating plan provided. My care provider suggested that maybe my very good eating plan may not be providing enough.fiber. I am using this product for over a year now and I don’t have the drop in the glycemic index which I used to have plus Intestinal function is optimall. I highly recommend this product.
