5 Very convenient , great taste, easy to use.

I had asked for COQ10 300, was told at check out that both gems and caps were very similar in price. What I didn't realize was the caps are 60 day supply, gem are 30 day supply. I had the chance to try the gems but will opt for the less expensive caps next time. It was good to try them.
